The Illinois Department of Transportation will be replacing the pavement on IL 115 from US 45/52 (Water Street) to Jeffery Street in Kankakee. This work will evaluate bicycle and pedestrian facilities, drainage upgrades or repairs, geometric improvements, curb and gutter, lighting, traffic signals, structure preservation, and safety, and may include improvements for these elements.
